Travel moves because people move it. Behind every shift in how we book, how we arrive, how we experience a destination, there is someone who decided to do things differently — and had the conviction to see it through.
The Top 100 Women Leaders & Innovators in Travel is our attempt to name some of those people - recognized for their roles, their influence and the impact they’re having on the industry right now. The list spans founders and executives, operators and creators, established names and ones you may not have heard yet. What they share is that their work is shaping the industry from the inside.
Compiling it gets harder every year, which told us something useful: visibility in travel still has a long way to go. The list is alphabetical and focuses on women in active leadership roles within the industry. It does not include advisors, investors, or those whose primary work sits outside the industry itself.
If someone is missing, we want to know. Reach out at [email protected]. In the meantime: share this, widely.
